Clove leaf essential oil has a warm, spicy, and drier, herbaceous aroma than that from buds. Its high eugenol content gives it powerful aromatic properties, making it highly valued in care targeting purification, tone, and muscle wellness, as well as in warming and stimulating formulations.

Precautions for use

  • Oil rich in eugenol → intense aroma and possible dermocaustic action: dilution is essential
  • Do not apply to irritated, sensitive, or damaged skin
  • Not recommended for pregnant/breastfeeding women and young children (traditional aromatherapy)
  • Patch test required before use
  • Avoid eyes and mucous membranes
